The first pair completed in 1793, a second pair in 1795, the lower house in 1795, and a further pair in 1797-98. Probably designed by John Carr and built by the same men who built The Crescent. The bays are 19th century. The bottom house was demolished in 1874 when the Burlington Hotel was built.
